GamersNexus GPU Tear-Down Toolkit Warranty

What does this warranty cover?

GamersNexus, LLC warrants that your new GN GPU Tear-Down Toolkit purchased directly from GamersNexus will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the Limited Warranty Period below.

This warranty includes coverage for, but is not limited to, the below examples:

  • Damage incurred to tool caused by manufacturing defects or workmanship defects

  • Incomplete tool or rod

  • Damaged tool caused by initial shipping to customer

  • Defective bag or stitching caused by manufacturing defects or workmanship defects

  • Broken zipper (on bag) caused by manufacturing defects or inadequacies

What does this warranty not cover?

This warranty does not cover these examples:

  • Cosmetic wear-and-tear

  • Defects in materials or workmanship caused by improper use of the tool by the user

  • Defects or damage caused by fire, flood, or accident

  • Reasonable wear-and-tear from heavy use by the user

  • Pre-owned GN Toolkits from other owners

  • Minor cosmetic variance that occurs from manufacturing

How long does this warranty last?

This warranty lasts for 7 years from the original purchase date. The warranty is non-transferable and exclusively for the original purchaser. This warranty terminates if you sell, transfer, or dispose of your product. The “original purchaser” is the individual who bought the product directly from GamersNexus and not with intent to resell. Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of the limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.

How do I use the warranty?

To get service under this warranty, promptly notify GamersNexus, LLC by emailing support@gamersnexus.net to retrieve additional instructions relating to replacing, exchanging, or repairing the warranted product. Please include your order ID or invoice to expedite things, along with a description of the issue and photos of the issue. You may be asked to undertake additional steps to troubleshoot the issue or determine whether this warranty applies, or to fix the issue remotely with assistance from our team, if applicable. For example, re-magnetizing the screwdrivers can be done by the end user and without tool replacement, so this would be a scenario where (even outside of warranty period), we would be happy to provide assistance and guidance via the support email. Meanwhile, a manufacturing defect may be determined best resolved by a replacement of the affected tool.

Any warranted product must be accompanied by proof of purchase, e.g. an order number, so that we may assist further.

What’s next?

For any warranted product authorized to be returned to GamersNexus in accordance with this warranty, GamersNexus will repair or replace the warranted product, or any part thereof, in its sole discretion. GamersNexus reserves the right to determine a product unfit for warranted coverage for a product which does not meet the above conditions.
