GamersNexus Coaster & Bar Runner Warranty
GamersNexus prides itself on focusing on quality and consumer support above all else, and has stayed true to its values since it started in ~2008. This started on our website with written articles and transferred to video, where we have slowly but continuously worked towards improving as we add new test and content categories.
This warranty applies retroactively as of October 17, 2022. Any purchases prior to this date will also receive this warranty policy. Please email support@gamersnexus.net with photos (required) and details regarding the damage or defects for which you are seeking help. Please include your Order #. The photos and order # are required to prevent abuse of the warranty. We will ask a few questions to best understand the situation.
Please note that we also have a return policy and return window detailed here (in addition to the warranty). Defects, missing items, or damage from shipment can also be addressed outside of the warranty guidelines by simply using the standard return policy.

What Manufacturing Issues Are Covered?
GamersNexus, LLC warrants that your new GN Coaster Pack (all types, e.g. incl. Coaster Pack 1, 2, and Bar Runners) purchased directly from GamersNexus’ online store will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the Limited Warranty Period described herein.
Damaged coasters or included accessories caused by initial shipping
Manufacturing or workmanship defects (including defects causing a break) in the individual coasters
Damage caused by manufacturing or workmanship defects, e.g. holes
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
The Warranty does not cover these examples:
Cosmetic damage, variance, or wear-and-tear, including, but not limited to, the molded design, minor cosmetic variance that occurs from manufacturing, etc.
Defects in materials or workmanship of the Coasters or Bar Runners caused by user accident or improper use by the user
Defects or damage caused by fire, flood, or force majeure
How Long Does This Warranty Last?
This warranty lasts for 7 years from the original purchase date. The warranty is non-transferable and exclusively for the original purchaser. This warranty terminates if you sell, transfer, or dispose of your product. The “original purchaser” is the individual who bought the product directly from GamersNexus and not with intent to resell. Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of the limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.
How Do I Use The Warranty?
To get service under this warranty, promptly notify GamersNexus, LLC by emailing support@gamersnexus.net to retrieve additional instructions relating to replacing, exchanging, or repairing the warranted product. Please include your order ID or invoice to expedite things, along with a description of the issue and photos of the issue.
Any warranted product must be accompanied by proof of purchase, e.g. an order number, so that we may assist further.
For any warranted product authorized to be returned to GamersNexus in accordance with this warranty, GamersNexus will repair or replace the warranted product, or any part thereof, in its sole discretion. GamersNexus reserves the right to determine a product unfit for warranted coverage for a product which does not meet the above conditions. The GamersNexus ‘Debug’ 3D Coaster Pack (Set 2 of a collectible series!) features 4 custom drink coasters. Each pack of coasters includes the 4 unique designs detailed below, all made of a soft rubberized material that serves as a spill guard for use with drinks and a catch for condensation. These coasters are made of extremely high-quality materials that are ultra flexible yet durable. The coasters have 8mm thick borders and carefully, individually placed components in the design to balance drinks while looking the part for PC enthusiasts. The coasters have good texture and are easily cleaned under running water while using light scrubbing and soap. These are part of a collectible series we are making!
The designs in this pack include:
A red-and-black motherboard coaster design with a TO-SCALE CPU socket, seven segment debug code, heatsinks, and power/reset buttons
A green RAM (memory module) coaster with detail all the way down to the keying on the socket-side, plus memory modules and a controller represented on each stick
An SSD coaster design with TO-SCALE SATA data and power ‘connectors’ that break the mold of the box, giving some unique and cool flair

The GamersNexus Bar Runner is a bar mat designed with completely custom-molded 3D components to bring computer electronics to life in a rubber spill-guard for use with drinks by your keyboard, on your home bar, or just as a decoration. We’ve completely repurposed the idea of a bar mat and designed it specially for PC builders and electronics fans, making for a unique table topper for keyboard-side use, use near the dishwasher or sink for drying glasses, or just in the workshop in the garage.
The GN Bar Runner is an upgrade over what you’d find at bar counters around the world, as ours features molded voltage regulator module components, like capacitors, MOSFETs, and inductors, and even has its own CPU socket with rubber, gold-colored pins. Each of the pegs represents a computer or electronics part, and is positioned carefully to ensure a level coaster surface to support glasses while rerouting any spilled liquid and keep it off the table or counter.
