GamersNexus Project & Solder Mat Warranty
The GamersNexus Project & Soldering Mat includes a 3-year warranty for the aspects detailed below. The warranty process is similar to our other products.
This warranty is active as of April 3, 2023, the launch of the Project & Soldering Mat.
Please email support@gamersnexus.net with photos (required) and details regarding the damage or defects for which you are seeking help. Please include your Order #. The photos and order # are required to prevent abuse of the warranty. We will ask a few questions to best understand the situation.
Please note that we also have a return policy and return window detailed here (in addition to the warranty). Defects, missing items, or damage from shipment can also be addressed outside of the warranty guidelines by simply using the standard return policy.
3-Year Limited Warranty Coverage Details
What Manufacturing Issues Are Covered?
GamersNexus, LLC warrants that your new Project & Solder Mat purchased directly from GamersNexus’ online store will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the Limited Warranty Period described herein.
Damaged Project Mats caused by initial shipping
Manufacturing or workmanship defects (including defects causing a break) in the Mat
Damage caused by manufacturing or workmanship defects, e.g. holes or rips
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
The Warranty does not cover these examples:
Cosmetic damage, variance, or wear-and-tear, including, but not limited to, marks from use (that’s what the mat is for, after all), minor cosmetic variance, etc.
Defects in materials or workmanship of the Mat caused by user accident or improper use by the user
Defects or damage caused by fire, flood, or force majeure
How Long Does This Warranty Last?
This warranty lasts for 3 years from the original purchase date. The warranty is non-transferable and exclusively for the original purchaser. This warranty terminates if you sell, transfer, or dispose of your product. The “original purchaser” is the individual who bought the product directly from GamersNexus and not with intent to resell. Any repair or replacement will not extend the original period of the limited warranty, nor will it constitute the beginning of a new limited warranty period.
How Do I Use The Warranty?
To get service under this warranty, promptly notify GamersNexus, LLC by emailing support@gamersnexus.net to retrieve additional instructions relating to replacing, exchanging, or repairing the warranted product. Please include your order ID or invoice to expedite things, along with a description of the issue and photos of the issue.
Any warranted product must be accompanied by proof of purchase, e.g. an order number, so that we may assist further.
For any warranted product authorized to be returned to GamersNexus in accordance with this warranty, GamersNexus will repair or replace the warranted product, or any part thereof, in its sole discretion. GamersNexus reserves the right to determine a product unfit for warranted coverage for a product which does not meet the above conditions. The GamersNexus ‘Flux’ Project & Soldering mat was custom-designed as an easily cleaned, extremely heat resistant surface for projects ranging from component soldering and board repair to model building and bike or car part cleaning & maintenance. The Project & Soldering Mat is a 32” x 16” surface — on the larger side for a soldering mat — made of silicone. We strategically raised the border around the entirety of the mat to help prevent screws from rolling onto the floor, we’ve lined the project mat with driver sorters, holes to socket soldering tips, trays that can easily be marked for screw tracking, and spool holsters for organizing your materials. A hexagon pattern and GN logo centrally give striking flair while electrical diagrams give functional references. This mat is made of extremely durable materials for projects of all types. This is a counterpart to our ever-popular Modmat Series, including the anti-static Volt Modmat.
