Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.
All products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If you need to return or exchange anything, for any reason, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know if you have any return inquiries. Returns must be pre-authorized via email. Returned items must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for an exchange or refund. If your order arrives damaged or is missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will assist you.
Garments that are missing labels, have been laundered, or have been worn are not eligible for refund or exchange. We will process your return within 3 business days of receipt. There will be no additional shipping charge for exchanges.
We do not charge a restocking fee.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide and to all continents. International delivery times vary, but they typically take about 1 - 3 weeks. Please note that each country has their own customs clearance process, and it is possible that you may be charged an import tax. This money does not go to us and is not related to the shipping charges paid on our website, it instead goes to your country's customs office.
APO & FPO: Shipments to APO and FPO addresses will be upgraded at no additional cost to ensure timely delivery to overseas locations. Shipping costs will be equal to domestic shipments.
Shipping Costs: To calculate shipping costs, please add the desired items to the cart, then enter your shipping information. This will allow the system to pre-calculate your shipping costs, at which point you will be informed of the shipping cost.
Undeliverable and Unclaimed Orders: If your order is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, we will notify you and offer to ship it to you again, but you will need to pay 100% of the original shipping charge. We will await your reply before taking further action.
